People & Wellbeing Coordinator

Awareness Co. is looking for a People & Wellbeing Coordinator - all round superstar! 


Awareness Co. is seeking an exceptionally motivated People Coordinator who is experienced in administration to join our team that has a passion for people, change and wellbeing. At Awareness Co. we love to play with the latest research in positive psychology and finding new ways to implement different interventions into the workplace and home. Through our HR, Wellbeing and Leadership offerings we support our clients to create a positive pathway for people to flourish in business, work and life. 


The successful candidate will be trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information and be able to work professionally in a small team environment with a wide range of stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working well in a fast-paced environment, managing calendars, planning and organising online and face to face courses and events as well as engaging in social media and marketing for the team.  


Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: 


  • Uphold the Awareness Co. values, vision and mission 

  • Provide seamless administrative support to the team 

  • Management of calendars and scheduling 

  • Tracking and driving of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items 

  • Maintenance of social media calendar ensuring planned scheduling as well as participation in and coordination of other marketing initiatives 

  • Friendly and efficient approach to coordination with team, clients and partners 

  • Demonstrated ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response and turnaround 

  • Call and email monitoring and appropriate actioning 

  • Establish, maintain and develop as appropriate efficient office and administration systems and processes, to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office at all times 

  • Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g. project co-ordination, research, presentation and communication support and day-to-day operational activities 

  • Promoting the business through liaising with clients, other businesses and community groups 

  • Managing Director diaries 

  • Processing payments and invoicing 

  • Adherence and commitment to Work Health & Safety and workplace wellbeing requirements to contribute to a psychologically safe workplace. 


Preferred Experience 


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in providing administrative support in a team environment 

  • Tech guru with experience in Microsoft 365 and Office programs, all social media platforms as well as online meeting/conference platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams).
